WWU’s Human Resources, Office of Institutional Effectiveness, and Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance will use this information consistent with state and federal regulations and in furtherance of implementing an effective equal employment opportunity and affirmative action program.

Information to conduct a criminal background check and to verify employment eligibility is required but only from a finalist after having been given an official offer of employment.

Confidential information is maintained in a secure manner with limited access by WWU staff.
