All job-application and demographic information you submit to Kenyon via the online employment system is collected solely for consideration of employment at Kenyon. Only those individuals selected as part of the job-search committee, Human Resources, and Library and Information Services (for information-technology purposes only) will have access to your information. Information will not be shared with any other person or organization. Application information will be used in strict accordance with all local, state and federal laws.
Your decision to submit personal information for a job application is voluntary. If you choose, however, not to provide all of the information that is requested for your application, you may limit your opportunity. You have the right to access your job application information at any time by logging into our job application portal. Your information will be securely stored on servers with ISO 27001 security-encrypted protection for at least two years.
